HELEN ELLIOTT, a professional member of the Association of British Naive Artists, has been painting professionally since 1997.Helenís paintings describe villages, towns and people of West Wales and Pembrokeshire.Most pictures feature places where Helenís Jack-Russell Minnie has her walks, and of course Minnie usually manages to sneak into the picture!

Her studio overlooks the river Teifi in Newcastle Emlyn and is open to visitors on Fridays andSaturdays. Refurbishment is currently in progress, so please ëphone before starting your visit. Building is due to be completed in August 2008. Children, along with well-behaved adults will be welcome to visit for coffee and to say hello to Minnie the dog.

Helen is represented by local and national and international galleries, including Pendre Arts, Cardigan; Origin Dyfed, Carmarthen; Fountain Fine Art, Llandeilo and Victoria Fearn, Cardiff.ÝHer paintings have been purchased for internal collections in Canada, USA, and Europe.

Her work is included in a book of Pembrokeshire Artists ëPembrokeshire, Look upon the Land and Seaí (2003). She was also recently selected for BBC documentary on Pembrokeshire artists.

2008 exhibitions include a solo shows at Fountain Fine Art, Llandeilo and Ji-binc, Aberaeron; group shows at Oriel Ceri Richards, Swansea, Victoria Fearne, Cardiff and Vemeuli-sur-Arve, France at theÝEuropean Naive artistsí exhibition.

Directions:From Newcastle Emlyn take the A484 towards Carmarthen. Pass CK's supermarket on your right, then take 2nd right turn. House and studio are on the firstdriveway to your left.
